Buy 2020 1/2 oz NGC MS-70 Early Releases Gold Eagles Online

Half ounce gold eagles are minted using one half troy ounce of 22 karat gold bullion. These particular coins were sent off to NGC within the first month of the 2020 gold eagles being minted, which is denoted by the “Early Releases” that will be clearly displayed on the outside of the coin slab. NGC graded these eagles as being in MS-70 condition which means even under high-powered magnification, there is zero damage to the coin. Half ounce gold eagle coins are not the only size NGC is available to grade, they also grade all other fractional sizes which can be found in our graded gold eagle category.

The obverse design of these Graded Gold Eagle Coins feature Lady Liberty confidently striding forward with a torch in her left hand and an olive branch in her right. The circumference of the coin is filled with 6-pointed stars. 2020 will be minted to the right of her, with the word “LIBERTY” minted at the very top of the coin.

The reverse of these gold coins features a family of bald eagles in their nest in the center of the design. The nest is mostly comprised of olive branches, which represent peace. “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA” is minted at the top of the coin, with “1 OZ. FINE GOLD~50 DOLLARS” minted at the very bottom. “E PLURIBUS UNUM” is minted to the left of the nest, & “IN GOD WE TRUST” is minted to the right of the nest.
