The Design

The trademark of the Silverland Series is to abuse the exclusive Smartminting® Technology, producing unique effects in ultra-high relief.

The different layers of the ultra-high relief on The Wave coins aim to reproduce the water flow to make it look like natural waves. Because of that, the obverse’s surface is irregular, and as you move it, the reflection of light over the layers provides an idea of smooth fluidity.

The reverse side has background lines that represent water movement. Following the series’ patterns, it showcases Ian Rank Broadley’s portrait of former Queen Elizabeth II. The inscriptions surrounding the image refer to the Queen’s name, face value, origin, and year of issuance. They read: “ELIZABETH II,” “10 DOLLARS,” “COOK ISLANDS,” and “2023.”
