2018 South African Silver Krugerrand Coin 1 oz - MintCertified™ FIRST30

We are excited to announce the MintCertified™ Program! Our MintCertified™ Program certifies that you receive 2018 South African Krugerrand coins, un-touched, directly from sealed Mint Boxes. 

To guarantee these coins are not mingled with any other Silver Krugerrand coins, our team takes the tubes of 25 directly from a 2018 sealed South African Mint monster box. From there, our team applies a tamper-evident seal (TEP) to the tube cap and the top of the tube. After that process is complete, we apply the MintCertified™ black labels that offer another layer of TEP security to the tube. 

You'll also notice the unique, FIRST30 designation on the MintCertified™ black label. This ensures these 2018 South African Silver Krugerrand coins were received by SD Bullion or an SD Bullion-approved depository within 30 days of the first release of the new coin issue. It's a widely held belief that coins minted within the first 30 days of production give the best opportunity to collectors that want to find perfectly struck coins.

What is the purpose of this new program? Over the years, we have had numerous customers inquiring about how to 100% verify their silver coins were never touched, sorted or previously owned by another investor. For this reason, the MintCertified™ Program was created to offer our customers a guarantee that these tubes of Silver Krugerrands have been taken directly from sealed Mint boxes and shipped directly to the customer. Therefore, you can be 100% confident that no person before you has ever seen or handled your Silver Krugerrand coins!

Each 1 oz Silver Bullion Krugerrand features the traditional prancing springbok and the bust of Paul Kruger surrounded by 200 serrations. Each bullion coins is struck in one continuous press that creates its lustrous finish.
